Our team of top executives in the business are passionate about providing the ultimate customer service experience. In contrast to other businesses of similar size, Team Alliance has direct access to corporate officers. They frequently work with us on the ground, actively participating in much of our day-to-day management and business growth, as opposed to hiding out in a remote office tower.
President and CEO
Jeff Denckla serves as President and CEO as well as Chief of Excellence, Culture, and Vision at Alliance. These three pillars form the basis of Alliance, and Jeff makes sure that each one is fully balanced and interwoven. Jeff exemplifies servant leadership by establishing the organization's vision and goals.
Founder and Principal
Joel has a natural gift of attracting a special talent that believes in the same core values that Jeff and Joel built this company on. Joel demonstrates a passion for mentoring his team and giving them the skillset to advance in their positions. Joel started his career as a flooring specialist which gives him a unique insight. He oversees property marketing and Sales for all Alliances Stores.
Vice President of Finance and Human Resources
Neely, a qualified leader in multifamily management accounting, oversees Alliance's Accounting Division and Human Resource. Neely began her career at Alliance, where she quickly showed a love for numbers and accurate and timely financial reporting. Neely was ideally equipped to create the training and human resources teams at Alliances from the bottom up due to her expertise in organizational development consulting, leadership coaching, and facilitating.
Director of Sales
Brad manages and oversees the sales operations at Alliance. Brad provides more than 25 years of experience in the business. His qualifications, along with his solid operations expertise, provide him with a well-rounded, strategic perspective that aids in his comprehension of and ability to carry out ownership goals. Doing the correct thing for the customer gives Brad a lot of happiness. Instead of adopting a one-size-fits-all strategy, he customizes it to meet the demands of each customer. Brad has a great emphasis and cares deeply for Alliance associate’s success and clients. He is devoted to mentoring, his team values, work ethic, and optimistic approach are well-known.
Director of Client Services
Liz has worked in the multifamily community sector since 1991, Liz oversees Alliance's client strategy department, which also covers business development and portfolio services. She possesses a plethora of knowledge of asset management, construction management, and commercial property management in areas around the country. Liz has a wealth of experience in property management, due diligence, and acquisition processes. She has a gift for understanding clients’ needs and making things happen.
Regional Vice President of Sales
Larry is a dynamic leader who orchestrates a team of flooring enthusiasts. With a visionary touch, Larry guides his team to conquer markets and elevate spaces across Seattle and Arizona. His passion for flooring excellence inspires and motivates, setting the stage for success. Larry naturally blends expertise in customer service, product knowledge, and strategic planning. He empowers the team members to flourish, nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation. His dedicated team form an unbeatable force, turning floors into masterpieces and forging lasting relationships. Together, they set the rhythm of success, one floor at a time.
Regional Vice President of Sales
Spencer has a special talent for attracting, motivating, and energizing the most excellent individuals in the multifamily sector. His crew is a testament to his sincere love for coaching and supporting his teammates. He has worked for Alliance for the past 25 years, managing its North Sales and Spokane region, which also includes business development and portfolio services. In the Pacific Northwest, he has experience managing multifamily and commercial buildings' assets, initiatives, and products.
Regional Vice President of Sales
With an emphasis on quality assurance and financial success, Tag oversees Alliance Flooring's Regional Sales Division for Portland and the Tri Cities. His focus is creating the best client experience possible by fusing exceptional talent sales with cutting-edge technology and creative solutions. Since joining Alliance, his attention and efforts have been directed toward improving talent management and education, implementing and training sales systems, developing marketing strategies, and creating company policies and procedures for the expanding portfolio. The excellent team he has put together at Alliance is a testament to his ability to draw in talent, keep it, and develop it into future leaders.
Sales Administrative Executive
Audra Cleland oversees managing all administrative and development work related to sales. She has overseen technology and development for more than 30 new projects delivering additional income for Alliance over the last ten years. At each of these projects, Audra manages the teams from development to application, overseeing the IT, consultants, and sales personnel throughout each stage of the project until the final deliverable.
Director of Commercial Projects and Installation
Marnie plays an intricate role on the Alliance Team, a recognized specialist in the field with 15 years of commercial, multifamily experience. Marnie is the glue between the third-party installers and the Alliance Team. Her team oversees the complete renovations from start to finish Marnie, is solutions driven and does whatever it takes to make sure our clients are happy. Her broad background enables her to use a creative approach and unconventional thinking. Marnie is an asset to Alliance, and we are honored to have her on our staff.
Lead Operations Executive
Dan leads Portland teams through supervision and strategic direction to support Alliance's clientele. He directs our Portland team to make sure that each installation's physical setup is secure, appealing, and well-maintained. Dan is a specialist in operation planning and execution, cost control, environmental oversight, and associate safety with more than 30 years of experience in the apartment sector. Alliance benefits from the enthusiasm for developing teams and attracting outstanding individuals.
Lead Operations Executive - Inventory
Matthew oversees the inventory department for Alliance and brings a wealth of experience in product and IT operations to the group. In the ever-evolving world of the Pacific Northwest Multi-Family property flooring, Alliance can anticipate ahead thanks to his love for investigation and process development. To increase the financial contribution that his team's business systems provide to Alliance's bottom line, Matthew makes use of his expertise in finance and product development. Matthew graduated from Central Washington University with a BA in Finance and Management.

Order Desk Supervisor
Shannon leads our Order desk team through supervision and strategic direction to support Alliance's clientele. She is in charge of overseeing quality customer service and problem solving for all clients that go through order desk. Shannon's experience within flooring and her ability to solve problems with enthusiasm and efficiency helps us all.
