Our Story
When Jeff Denckla and Joel McClain, our company's founders and presidents, decided to start Alliance in 1995, they saw a need for a client-focused flooring industry leader. They wanted Alliance to focus on giving our clients value, accepting responsibility for our work, and acting with the utmost morality and integrity while providing these services to management companies, property owners, and investors. Alliance Flooring Services is proud to offer full-service flooring installation to multifamily and commercial projects across the West Coast. Alliance is proud to have been awarded the Washington Multifamily Housing Association - Supplier of the year award in 2021 and have been a top finalist since.
Alliance continues to fulfill those needs with a successful approach and a personalized emphasis, driven by the goal of enhancing the lives of those around us by aligning ourselves the right way.

Meet the Team
Our team of top executives in the business are passionate about providing the ultimate customer service experience. In contrast to other businesses of similar size, Team Alliance has direct access to corporate officers. They frequently work with us on the ground, actively participating in much of our day-to-day management and business growth, as opposed to hiding out in a remote office tower.

Words aren't enough to convey how thrilled we are of one of our team members has the opportunity to win a Washington Multi-Family Housing Association (WMFHA) Emerald Award, Supplier of the Year Award. Even though many Alliance associates are nominated each year and we always look forward to seeing who advances to the final round. We have continued to stay relevant ever since 2019 and after winning the Washington Multifamily Housing Association's Supplier of the Year award in 2021, Alliance is pleased with their accomplishment.
